Job Title: Accounts Receivable Executive
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Accounts Receivable Executive to join our Finance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing customer invoicing, tracking outstanding payments, following up on collections, and maintaining accurate financial records.

Key Responsibilities
- Prepare, review, and share customer invoices accurately and on time
- Follow up with clients regarding outstanding payments through calls and emails
- Monitor receivables and ensure timely collections
- Reconcile customer accounts and resolve payment discrepancies
- Maintain records of invoices, payments, and account statements
- Generate and analyze aging reports
- Process and apply customer payments accurately in the accounting system
- Coordinate with Sales and Finance teams to resolve billing-related issues
- Assist in month-end closing and reporting activities
- Maintain positive relationships with clients regarding billing and payment matters
Required Skills
- Strong understanding of Accounts Receivable processes
- Experience in invoicing, collections, and account reconciliation
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and accounting software
- Strong communication and follow-up skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to manage multiple accounts and meet deadlines
- Good analytical and problem-solving abilities
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Accounts Receivable, Billing, or Collections
Preferred Skills
- Experience with ERP or accounting software such as Zoho Books, QuickBooks, Oracle, or similar
- Experience handling customer collections and payment follow-ups
