Role in the current company:
Job Profile Mandatory
● Basic knowledge of Networking and hardware.
● Understanding of basic website check in check out flow.
● Monitor servers, applications, websites, and network devices 24×7.
● Deployment and support of the tools in use to monitor systems and applications
● Perform administrative tasks from the Operation Manager console, provide application
support multiple monitoring platform, create, and maintain monitoring and notification
rules.
● Review system monitoring tools console security and reviews.
● Work with project managers and peers to understand and solve challenging technical
problems, produce effort estimates, and improve system functionality, reliability and
reduce costs.
Prepare daily health check reports.
Maintain monitoring documentation and SOPs.
Ensure timely escalation as per the escalation matrix.
● Run daily maintenance checks, running DB queries, upgrading agents to the latest
versions and verify-update configuration when needed
● Knowledge of popular operating systems, software applications, and remote
connection systems.
● Excellent interpersonal skills.
● Good written and verbal communication skills.
