Sobha Infra Tech is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Back Office Executive to support daily administrative and operational activities. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining records, managing documentation, preparing reports, coordinating with different departments, and ensuring smooth back-office operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform accurate data entry and maintain company records.
- Manage and organize project, client, vendor, and employee documentation.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
- Maintain records of invoices, purchase orders, quotations, and bills.
- Coordinate with Accounts, Procurement, HR, and Site Teams.
- Handle email correspondence and administrative tasks.
- Ensure proper filing and digital record management.
- Generate reports and provide operational support to management.
- Follow up on pending documents and approvals.
- Assist in maintaining databases and updating information regularly.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
