2-4 Years (Construction, Manufacturing, Commercial Buildings, or Facility Management)
Qualification:
- Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
- Relevant MEP certifications will be an added advantage.
Job Summary:
The MEP Executive is responsible for planning, coordinating, supervising, and monitoring Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) works to ensure timely project completion, quality standards, safety compliance, and adherence to project specifications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise day-to-day MEP installation activities at the project site.
- Review MEP drawings, BOQs, and technical specifications before execution.
- Coordinate with architects, civil engineers, consultants, contractors, and vendors.
- Monitor project progress and ensure work is completed as per schedule.
- Inspect the quality of MEP installations and ensure compliance with project standards.
- Conduct testing and commissioning of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection systems.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.
- Ensure proper material planning and coordinate procurement requirements.
- Monitor subcontractor performance and resolve technical issues.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and statutory requirements.
- Maintain project documentation, inspection reports, and as-built drawings.
- Assist in project handover and snag rectification activities.
Required Skills:
- Strong knowledge of HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, Fire Fighting, and ELV systems.
- Ability to read and interpret MEP drawings.
- Familiarity with AutoCAD and MS Office.
- Good planning, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and team management abilities.
Preferred Skills:
- Knowledge of IS Codes, NBC, and safety standards.
- Experience in testing and commissioning of MEP systems.
- Exposure to ERP or project management software is an added advantage.

- On-time completion of MEP activities.
- Quality compliance with minimal rework.
- Adherence to project schedules and budgets.
- Zero major safety violations.
- Timely submission of reports and documentation.
Salary:
As per company standards and candidate experience.
