RLT Edzaro is looking for an experienced and passionate Python & Java Trainer to train students in programming and software development. The candidate should have strong technical knowledge, good communication skills, and the ability to deliver practical, industry-oriented training.
Responsibilities
- Conduct classroom and practical training sessions on Python and Java.
- Teach programming fundamentals, OOP concepts, data structures, and problem-solving.
- Provide hands-on coding exercises, assignments, and real-time projects.
- Guide students in developing mini-projects and final projects.
- Conduct assessments, coding tests, quizzes, and mock interviews.
- Help students improve their coding and technical interview skills.
- Identify and resolve students' technical doubts and queries.
- Monitor student performance and provide regular feedback.
- Prepare students for placement and entry-level software development roles.
- Maintain attendance, assessment records, and student progress reports.
- Keep training content updated according to current industry requirements.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of Python and Java Programming.
- Good understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP).
- Knowledge of Data Structures and Algorithms.
- Knowledge of SQL and Database Management.
- Experience with Django/Flask or Spring/Spring Boot is an advantage.
- Basic knowledge of Git/GitHub is preferred.
- Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to explain complex technical concepts in a simple manner.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, MCA, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience as a Python/Java Developer or Technical Trainer.
- Prior experience in an IT Training Institute is preferred.
- Candidates with strong technical skills and a passion for teaching may also apply.
