Site Operations Management
- Supervise daily site activities and ensure work is executed as per project requirements.
- Coordinate with clients, project teams, and contractors for smooth site operations.
- Monitor manpower deployment and vehicle utilization.
- Ensure timely completion of assigned tasks and project milestones.
Vehicle Operations & Maintenance
- Monitor the operation and performance of all site vehicles and equipment.
- Maintain records of vehicle deployment, fuel consumption, and utilization.
- Coordinate preventive and breakdown maintenance activities.
- Ensure vehicles are serviced according to maintenance schedules.
- Report major repairs and maintenance requirements to management.
Workforce Supervision
- Supervise drivers, operators, helpers, and other site personnel.
- Conduct daily attendance verification and shift allocation.
- Ensure discipline, productivity, and adherence to company policies.
- Provide operational guidance and support to site staff.
Safety & Compliance
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company procedures.
- Conduct regular inspections of vehicles and equipment.
- Identify potential hazards and implement corrective actions.
- Ensure proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) by employees.
Documentation & Reporting
- Maintain daily site activity reports.
- Prepare vehicle logbooks, maintenance records, and fuel reports.
- Submit periodic operational reports to management.
- Maintain records related to manpower, equipment, and site activities.
- Basic knowledge of attendance management, billing, and tender processes.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
Pay: ₹23,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
