We are looking for a responsible and hardworking Civil Site Engineer who can manage site execution activities, supervise ongoing work, coordinate with contractors and vendors, and ensure timely completion of projects as per quality and safety standards.
The candidate should be field-oriented and capable of handling day-to-day site operations efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily construction and site activities.
- Monitor work progress as per project plans and timelines.
- Coordinate with contractors, vendors, architects, consultants, and project teams.
- Ensure quality standards and safety procedures are followed at the site.
- Handle site measurements, material checking, and work execution.
- Prepare daily work reports and update project progress.
- Resolve site-related technical issues and coordinate with senior management when required.
- Ensure proper manpower management at the site.
- Verify drawings and execute work accordingly.
- Monitor material usage and avoid wastage.
- Conduct regular site inspections and maintain project documentation.
Required Skills

- Basic knowledge of civil construction work and site execution.
- Ability to read drawings and understand project layouts.

- Willingness to work on-site and travel if required.
Qualification
- Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering preferred.
Experience
- Experience in civil construction, site supervision, or project execution preferred.
- Freshers with practical site knowledge can also apply.
Job Nature
- Full-time Field / Site-Based Role.
- Regular site visits and coordination required.
Pay: Up to ₹500,000.00 per year
