We are looking for an experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee daily restaurant operations, lead the team, and ensure excellent customer service while maintaining operational efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day restaurant operations.
- Recruit, train, and supervise restaurant staff.
- Ensure high standards of food quality and customer service.
- Handle customer complaints professionally.
- Monitor staff scheduling and attendance.
- Maintain inventory and coordinate purchasing.
- Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene standards.
- Monitor restaurant sales and operational performance.
- Coordinate with kitchen and service teams for smooth operations.
- Maintain discipline and a positive work environment.
Requirements
- 3–7 years of restaurant management experience.
- Strong leadership and people management skills.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of restaurant operations, inventory management, and customer service.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
