As a Sales Engineer, You Will
- Meet Corporate and MSME businesses
- Be a risk Advisor / Risk Manager and emphasize the importance of commercial insurance.
Your Responsibilities:
- Conduct market research – identify potential clients and generate leads
- Understand clients’ unique requirements and effectively communicate the benefits and features of our insurance solutions.
- Conduct thorough risk assessments of clients’ businesses, identifying potential risks and vulnerabilities, addressing any queries or concerns they may have.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop customized insurance proposals that address clients’ specific needs and present insurance proposals to clients.
- Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring optimal client satisfaction and business growth.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing ongoing support and assistance throughout the insurance process.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market changes, and competitors’ offerings to effectively position our services.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the sales team and organization.
Our Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering – Mechanical /Chemical/Electrical/Civil
- Proven experience in sales with Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with experience ranging between 2 & 10 years.
- Demonstrated ability to effectively understand clients’ business and offer the right solutions.
- Self-motivated and target-driven with a track record of meeting or exceeding customer experience.
- Open to relocation if need be.
- Professional demeanor, integrity, and a customer-centric approach.
