Gokite Travel and Tours is expanding its presence and we're looking for a motivated, experienced Visa Sales Lead to be part of our Thiruvananthapuram team. In this role, you'll take ownership of visa sales performance, guide a team of consultants, and make sure every client walks away with clarity, confidence, and a successful application experience. Responsibilities:
- Own and grow visa sales numbers — hitting monthly and quarterly goals consistently
- Guide clients through visa requirements for destinations including Schengen countries, the UK, USA, Canada, Australia, UAE, and the broader GCC region
- Turn enquiries into successful, confirmed applications through effective consultation and follow-up
- Build, coach, and support a team of visa consultants — keeping them motivated and on track
- Run daily team check-ins, track individual performance, and lead regular training sessions
- Audit and verify visa application files and documentation before they go out the door
- Step in on escalated or complicated cases and resolve them with care and professionalism
- Keep yourself current on the latest embassy guidelines, policy changes, and processing updates
- Keep the CRM updated and deliver accurate sales reports on a weekly and monthly basis
Requirements:
- 3 to 6 years of hands-on experience in visa consulting
- A demonstrable history of hitting — and exceeding — sales targets
- Solid, working knowledge of visa procedures across Schengen, UK, USA, Canada, Australia, and GCC
- Strong communicator in both English and Malayalam
- A natural leader with sharp negotiation skills and a client-first approach
- Comfortable working with MS Office tools
