Job Description
We are hiring a Head Barista for a premium café. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading the coffee operations, preparing high-quality beverages, training the barista team, maintaining service standards, and delivering an exceptional customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve specialty coffee, tea, and other café beverages.
- Lead and supervise the barista team during daily operations.
- Ensure consistency in beverage quality and presentation.
- Train and mentor junior baristas on coffee preparation and customer service.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate stock replenishment.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the coffee station in accordance with food safety standards.
- Ensure proper maintenance and operation of coffee machines and equipment.
- Handle customer queries and resolve service-related concerns.
- Support the Café Manager in achieving sales and operational goals.
Qualifications
- Diploma/Degree in Hotel Management, Hospitality, or a related field is preferred.
Experience
- 2–5 years of experience as a Barista.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a senior or lead barista role.
- Experience in specialty coffee cafés is preferred.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
