Key Responsibilities
- Perform quality inspection and testing of raw materials, in-process samples, and finished products as per approved specifications and test methods.
- Conduct inward quality checks of incoming raw materials and packaging materials before acceptance.
- Carry out in-process testing during manufacturing and communicate results to production for process control.
- Perform final product testing and release recommendations before dispatch.
- Ensure all laboratory tests are conducted according to approved SOPs, specifications, and quality standards.
- Maintain accurate and timely QC records, test reports, logbooks, and ISO documentation.
- Participate in the development, review, and continuous improvement of testing methods and laboratory procedures.
- Assist in establishing and validating testing procedures for new products and processes.
- Investigate quality deviations, out-of-specification (OOS) results, customer complaints, and recurring quality issues; perform root cause analysis (RCA) and recommend corrective actions.
- Monitor and test ETP (Effluent Treatment Plant) samples, analyze results, and suggest measures to reduce pollutants and improve treatment efficiency.
- Maintain laboratory equipment, calibration records, and ensure testing instruments are in proper working condition.
- Train and guide new team members on laboratory practices, testing methods, safety requirements, and documentation procedures.
- Coordinate with Production, R&D, Stores, and Dispatch departments to ensure product quality requirements are met.
- Support internal audits, customer audits, certification audits, and regulatory inspections.
- Required Qualifications
- B.Sc./M.Sc. in Chemistry or related field.
- 1–5 years of experience in Quality Control Laboratory (Chemical/Pharma/Specialty Chemical Industry preferred).
- Knowledge of laboratory testing techniques, ISO systems, documentation, and EHS requirements.
- Familiarity with instruments such as pH Meter, Moisture Analyzer, Viscometer, Titration Equipment, Spectrophotometer, HPLC/GC (if applicable).

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
