Job Summary:
We are looking for a responsible and customer-focused Cashier to manage billing transactions, handle cash payments, and ensure smooth customer service at our retail outlets. The candidate should have good communication skills, basic computer knowledge, and experience in cash handling.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle cash, UPI, card, and other payment transactions accurately
- Generate bills and maintain daily sales records
- Ensure proper cash management and balance cash at the end of shifts
- Assist customers with billing queries professionally
- Coordinate with store staff regarding orders and payments
- Maintain records of transactions and prepare daily reports
- Support inventory and stock updates when required
- Ensure cleanliness and organization at the billing counter
Required Skills:
- Good communication and customer handling skills
- Basic computer knowledge and billing software understanding
- Accuracy in cash handling and calculations
- Professional and presentable personality
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Time management and attention to detail
Qualifications & Experience:
- Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate preferred
- 1–2 years of experience as a Cashier preferred (Freshers may apply)
- Experience in retail, bakery, or food industry will be an advantage
