Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced CAD Software Sales professional with a passion for business development and leadership. This role is not limited to direct sales—it is designed for someone who wants to build a long-term career and eventually lead a sales region by developing channel partners, appointing resellers, and driving market expansion.
Initially, the selected candidate will focus on direct B2B software sales, customer acquisition, and market development. As the business grows, the candidate will be entrusted with building and managing a network of authorized resellers, distributors, and sales partners while leading regional sales operations.
Key Responsibilities
Direct Sales (Initial Role)
- Generate new business opportunities through cold calling, outbound sales, networking, digital channels, and field visits.
- Identify customer requirements and conduct product demonstrations.
- Convert leads into customers and achieve monthly sales targets.
- Build relationships with architects, consultants, engineering firms, manufacturers, educational institutions, and corporate clients.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from prospecting to deal closure.
- Maintain CRM records and provide regular sales reports.
- Follow up on enquiries, quotations, and trial users.
Future Leadership Responsibilities
- Identify and recruit new reseller and channel partners across assigned territories.
- Develop, train, and support sales partners to generate consistent business.
- Expand CADOPILAR's dealer and distributor network.
- Drive channel sales and regional business growth.
- Mentor and lead future sales executives within the assigned region.
- Plan territory expansion and execute sales strategies.
- Work closely with management on pricing, promotions, market penetration, and business planning.
- Build long-term relationships with strategic customers and partners.
Required Experience
- 3–8 years of experience in CAD Software, Engineering Software, or Technical Software Sales.
- Strong understanding of B2B software sales and consultative selling.
- Experience interacting with architects, civil engineers, mechanical engineers, manufacturers, consultants, EPC companies, educational institutions, or industrial clients.
- Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work independently and achieve revenue targets.
- Willingness to travel for customer meetings and partner development.
Preferred Industry Experience
Candidates with experience in selling products such as AutoCAD, BricsCAD, ZWCAD, GstarCAD, DraftSight, SolidWorks, Revit, Inventor, Creo, CATIA, BIM, CAM, or other engineering software will be preferred.
