Job Summary:-
The Co-ordinator is responsible for managing and coordinating the daily operations of the center for special children. The role includes scheduling therapy sessions, coordinating with therapists and parents, maintaining records, ensuring smooth communication, and supporting the efficient functioning of the center.
Key Responsibilities:-
- Coordinate daily schedules for therapy sessions, assessments, and appointments.
- Maintain attendance and therapy records of children.
- Coordinate with therapists, psychologists, special educators, and support staff regarding daily activities and session planning.
- Communicate with parents regarding appointments, therapy schedules, meetings, and center updates.
- Manage admissions, documentation, and child file maintenance.
- Ensure proper coordination between departments for smooth center operations.
- Handle parent inquiries and provide information about center services.
- Prepare daily and monthly reports related to attendance, scheduling, and operations.
- Monitor discipline, organization, and professional environment within the center.
- Support management in operational and administrative coordination tasks.
- Maintain confidentiality of child and family information.
- Ensure timely follow-up regarding fees, appointments, and pending documentation.
Required Qualifications:-
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Experience in coordination, administration, healthcare, education, or rehabilitation services preferred.
- Basic computer knowledge and record management skills.

Pay: ₹11,500.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
