Consultant Psychiatrist – Child & Adolescent Psychiatry / Neurodevelopmental Services
A UK-established mental health and neurodevelopmental care service is expanding its clinical presence in Bangalore and invites passionate, ethical, and highly skilled psychiatrists to join its growing multidisciplinary team.
We are seeking MD Psychiatry / DNB Psychiatry-qualified psychiatrists with experience or a strong interest in child and adolescent psychiatry, neurodiversity, autism, ADHD, developmental assessments, and evidence-based management.
This is an exciting opportunity to be part of an internationally aligned clinical service focused on delivering compassionate, structured, and high-quality mental healthcare for children, young people, and families.
Key Responsibilities
The role will involve specialist psychiatric assessments, diagnostic formulation, medication management where clinically appropriate, multidisciplinary care planning, family guidance, accurate documentation, and close collaboration with psychologists, therapists, educators, and allied professionals.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Applicants should have:
- MD Psychiatry or DNB Psychiatry from a recognised institution
- Valid medical registration as applicable in India
- Experience or keen interest in autism, ADHD, child mental health, and neurodevelopmental conditions
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- A family-centred, ethical, and culturally sensitive approach
- Commitment to evidence-based clinical practice
- Ability to work within a structured multidisciplinary model
- Plan to prepare for MRCPsych
