Kalyani Ventures Limited is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Chartered Accountant to strengthen the Finance & Accounts function. The role involves managing financial reporting, statutory compliance, taxation, cost control, and audit processes for operations related to logistics, hospitality, and infrastructure projects. The candidate will work closely with senior leadership to ensure financial discipline and regulatory compliance across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:-
1. Taxation & Compliance
- Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other statutory requirements.
- Manage tax filings, assessments, and departmental correspondence.
- Handle compliance related to contractual payments, vendor taxation, and project billing.
2. Audit & Internal Controls
- Coordinate with statutory auditors, internal auditors, and regulatory authorities.
- Implement and monitor internal control mechanisms to safeguard company assets.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and financial governance standards.
3. Financial Accounting & Reporting
- Preparation and review of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Maintain accurate books of accounts in compliance with Indian Accounting Standards and statutory regulations.
- Monitor financial performance and prepare management reports for senior leadership.
4. Project & Operational Finance
- Monitor the costing and profitability of logistics, mining, and transportation projects.
- Conduct project cost analysis and financial tracking for site operations.
- Support financial planning for rail–road logistics, mining contracts, and infrastructure projects.
5. Banking & Treasury
- Manage banking operations, fund flow, working capital management, and loan documentation.
- Maintain strong relationships with financial institutions and banks.
Key Skills & Competencies:-
- Strong understanding of industrial finance, project costing, and operational accounting
- Expertise in GST, Income Tax, and statutory compliance
- Experience in ERP systems, financial analytics, and advanced Excel
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
- Ability to coordinate with cross-functional teams and project sites
Qualifications:-
- Chartered Accountant (CA) – ICAI Qualified
- 5–10 years of Post Qualification Working as an on-roll CA or CFO and having relevant experience in logistics, infrastructure, hospitality, or industrial sectors
Preferred Profile:-
- Experience working with multi-location operations and project-based accounting
- Exposure to logistics, rail transportation, or infrastructure projects
Pay: ₹960,000.00 - ₹1,440,000.00 per year
