The CRM Head is responsible for leading and managing the overall customer relationship management strategy of the company. The role focuses on improving customer satisfaction, managing CRM systems, strengthening client relationships, and supporting business growth through effective customer engagement and retention strategies in the EV charging infrastructure sector.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- Females - Below 40
- 2+ years of experience in customer relationship management or service operations.
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in team leadership or managerial role.
- Experience in EV, automobile, infrastructure, or service industry preferred.
