Database Performance & Administration

Act as an advanced database administrator and performance expert

Design, deploy, and operate highly available databases including PostgreSQL and MongoDB

Perform deep performance tuning, query optimization, indexing strategies, and capacity planning

Troubleshoot complex production issues related to latency, throughput, and scale

Implement backup, recovery, replication, and disaster recovery strategies
Required Skills & Experience
8+ years of experience in infrastructure, platform, or systems engineering

Strong hands-on experience with PostgreSQL and/or MongoDB at scale

Deep expertise in database tuning, performance optimization, and troubleshooting

Experience with Kubernetes and containerized workloads

Proficiency in automation and scripting (Python, Bash, Go, or similar)

Experience building automation or autonomous systems that interact with real infrastructure
Preferred Skills

Experience in Go or Python and building Microservices for Multitenant systems

Understanding of AI safety, guardrails, and human-in-the-loop designs
