Job Summary
Ubitter Technologies, parent company of canton machinaries a leading LED manufacturing company, is looking for an experienced Deputy General Manager – Sales to lead and expand our sales operations. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in electrical, LED lighting, solar, or allied product sales, with proven experience in managing sales teams, developing business strategies, and achieving revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the sales team to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies for LED and electrical products.
- Expand dealer, distributor, institutional, and project sales networks.
- Identify new business opportunities and build long-term customer relationships.
- Monitor sales performance and provide guidance to Area Sales Managers and Sales Executives.
- Conduct customer meetings, product presentations, and business negotiations.
- Coordinate with production, marketing, and customer support teams to ensure timely order execution.
- Prepare sales forecasts, MIS reports, and market analysis.
- Monitor competitor activities and recommend strategies to improve market share.
- Ensure high customer satisfaction through excellent service and support.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- Minimum 8–12 years of experience in electrical, LED lighting, solar, or related product sales.
- Proven experience in leading and managing a sales team.
- Strong knowledge of dealer, distributor, institutional, and project sales.
- Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively.
Preferred Experience
- Experience in the LED lighting or electrical manufacturing industry.
- Strong network with dealers, distributors, contractors, builders, and government/private project customers.
- Ability to drive business growth and achieve aggressive sales targets.
