Job Overview
We are looking for a creative and highly skilled Video Editor who specializes in editing short-form videos for Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, TikTok, Facebook, and other social media platforms.
The ideal candidate should have excellent storytelling skills, strong motion graphics knowledge, and experience creating engaging, high-retention videos. Experience with AI-powered video creation tools is a big advantage.
Responsibilities
- Edit engaging short-form videos (Reels, Shorts & TikTok)
- Create smooth transitions, animations, captions, and motion graphics
- Add sound effects, music, and color correction to enhance videos
- Create professional-quality social media videos with high audience retention
- Design motion graphics using Adobe After Effects
- Edit videos using Adobe Premiere Pro
- Create and edit AI-generated videos using modern AI tools
- Follow brand guidelines and maintain consistent quality
- Deliver projects within deadlines
- Collaborate with the design and project management team
Required Skills
- Strong proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro
- Strong proficiency in Adobe After Effects
- Professional experience editing Instagram Reels and YouTube Shorts
- Excellent motion graphics and animation skills
- Experience creating viral-style short-form content
- Understanding of pacing, storytelling, hooks, and audience retention
- Good knowledge of sound design and color grading
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects
- Strong attention to detail
Preferred Skills
Experience with one or more AI tools such as:
- Runway
- Kling AI
- Pika
- Veo
- Midjourney
- ChatGPT
- ElevenLabs
- Adobe Firefly
Experience with AI-generated commercials and cinematic videos will be considered a strong advantage.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of professional video editing experience
- Strong portfolio of Reels and short-form videos (Portfolio is mandatory)
- Good internet connection and reliable computer
- Ability to communicate professionally
- Ability to meet deadlines consistently
