- Experience with CRM Tools (Zoho, Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.)
- Strong Customer Follow-up & Relationship Management skills
- Experience in Sales Coordination & Lead Management
- Good knowledge of MS Excel & MIS Reporting
- Excellent Communication & Coordination skills
Preferred: Candidates from IT, SaaS, Telecom, or Product-based companies.
