Role Overview
We are looking for a high-ownership Senior IT Recruiter to drive and scale our IT hiring and staffing operations.
This role is critical in closing IT positions quickly, managing end-to-end recruitment, building a strong vendor
ecosystem, and ensuring consistent delivery of high-quality IT talent to clients.
Key Responsibilities
1. End-to-End IT Recruitment
- Own complete recruitment lifecycle for contract, contract-to-hire, and full-time IT roles.
- Strong hands-on experience in hiring IT roles across:
o Integration / Middleware: Boomi, MuleSoft
o Enterprise Platforms: Salesforce, SAP
o Cloud: Azure (preferred), AWS, GCP
o Supporting Tech: Java, .NET, Python, DevOps, Data, QA
- Quickly understand client requirements and translate them into effective sourcing strategies.
- Source candidates via job portals, LinkedIn, internal databases, referrals, and vendors.
- Screen candidates for technical fit, communication, availability, and rate alignment.
- Ensure quick turnaround time (TAT) from requirement intake to profile submission.
- Coordinate interviews, manage feedback, handle offer negotiations, and drive onboarding.
2. Staff Augmentation & Delivery
- Handle multiple parallel requirements across technologies and clients.
- Prioritize roles based on urgency and delivery timelines.
- Ensure compliance with client processes and SLAs.
- Track pipeline metrics including submissions, interviews, closures, and drop-offs.
3. Vendor & Partner Management
- Build, onboard, and manage staffing vendors.
- Define SLAs and submission quality guidelines.
- Evaluate vendor performance based on quality, speed, and closures.
- Negotiate rates and ensure margin protection.
4. Client & Stakeholder Collaboration
- Work closely with Sales and Account Managers to understand hiring demand.
- Act as a recruitment SPOC for key accounts.
- Provide market insights on availability, rates, and timelines.
5. Process & Reporting
- Maintain accurate data in ATS / Excel trackers.
- Share regular reports on open positions, closures, aging, and vendor performance.
- Continuously improve recruitment processes for speed and quality.
Key Skills & Experience
- 4-8 years of core IT recruitment experience.
- Strong exposure to IT Staff Augmentation
- Proven ability to close positions quickly.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong working knowledge of ATS tools and MS Excel.
Good to Have
- Experience with US / Europe / Middle East / APAC clients.
- Understanding of billing rates, margins, and staffing economics.

Pay: ₹10,164.04 - ₹42,398.25 per month
