Job Summary
The General Manager – Sales will be responsible for leading the overall sales function of the organization, driving revenue growth, achieving business targets, and managing high-performing sales teams across residential and commercial real estate projects. The role requires strategic planning, team leadership, channel partner management, and customer relationship management to maximize sales performance and profitability.
Key ResponsibilitiesSales Strategy & Business Development
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve organizational revenue targets.
- Prepare annual, quarterly, and monthly sales plans and forecasts.
- Identify new business opportunities, market trends, and growth areas.
- Monitor competitor activities and recommend corrective actions.
Sales Operations Management
- Drive project sales and ensure achievement of sales targets.
- Monitor lead generation, site visits, conversions, bookings, and collections.
- Review sales pipelines and conversion ratios regularly.
- Ensure smooth execution of sales processes and policies.
Team Leadership
- Lead, mentor, and motivate Sales Managers, Team Leaders, and Sales Executives.
- Set KPIs and performance targets for the sales team.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and training programs.
- Foster a high-performance sales culture within the organization.
Customer & Channel Partner Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and investors.
- Develop and manage channel partner and broker networks.
- Handle high-value negotiations and closures.
- Resolve escalated customer concerns and ensure customer satisfaction.
Coordination & Reporting
- Work closely with Marketing, CRM, Legal, and Project teams.
- Provide regular MIS reports, sales forecasts, and performance analysis to management.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
Revenue & Collections
- Drive sales revenue and support collection targets.
- Monitor payment schedules and coordinate with CRM teams for timely collections.
- Ensure healthy cash flow through effective sales planning.

- Strong network of channel partners and brokers.
Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹200,000.00 per month
