Job Summary
The Senior Branch Manager is responsible for the overall performance, profitability, and operational excellence of the branch. This role provides leadership to branch teams, drives business growth, ensures compliance with organizational policies and regulatory requirements, delivers exceptional customer service, and achieves financial and operational targets.
Key ResponsibilitiesBusiness Growth
- Develop and execute branch business plans to achieve revenue and profitability targets.
- Drive customer acquisition, portfolio growth, and cross-selling of products and services.
- Identify new business opportunities and strengthen relationships with existing customers and partners.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to support business development initiatives.
Branch Operations
- Oversee day-to-day branch operations to ensure efficiency and service quality.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements, and internal controls.
- Monitor branch productivity, operational KPIs, and service standards.
- Manage branch budgets, expenses, and resource utilization.
Team Leadership
- Lead, mentor, and develop branch staff to achieve individual and team objectives.
- Conduct performance reviews, coaching sessions, and training programs.
- Foster a collaborative, high-performance, and customer-focused work environment.
- Support recruitment, onboarding, and succession planning for branch employees.
Customer Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders.
- Resolve escalated customer concerns promptly and professionally.
- Promote a culture of excellent customer service across the branch.
Risk and Compliance
- Ensure adherence to audit requirements, risk management policies, and regulatory guidelines.
- Monitor operational risks and implement corrective actions where necessary.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation for branch activities.
Reporting
- Prepare and present branch performance reports to senior management.
- Analyze business performance and recommend strategies for continuous improvement.
- Track branch KPIs and implement action plans to address performance gaps.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Commerce, Management, or a related field.
- Master's degree (MBA or equivalent) is preferred.
- 8–12 years of experience in branch operations, sales, or business management, with at least 3–5 years in a leadership role.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
