Company Overview:- Qwiknex is a leading provider of end-to-end SaaS based logistics platform. We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Field Sales Executive to expand our footprint, acquire new B2B clients, and drive revenue growth in the assigned territory.
Key Responsibilities
- Client Acquisition: Identify, prospect, and acquire new B2B clients (manufacturers, SMEs, traders, and e-commerce businesses) through cold calling, market visits, and referrals.
- Field Operations: Conduct regular on-site visits and meetings with prospective clients to pitch customized logistics solutions
- Negotiation & Closing: Understand client supply chain requirements, negotiate pricing and terms, and successfully close deals to achieve monthly sales targets.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing clients to ensure customer retention and generate repeat business.
- Cross-Functional Coordination: Collaborate with the operations and backend teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and flawless service delivery.
- Market Intelligence: Monitor competitor activities, pricing trends, and customer feedback, and report them to the management.
- Reporting: Track daily sales activities, maintain a healthy lead pipeline, and update Management Information System (MIS) or CRM reports.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Education: Minimum 12th Pass. A Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, or Supply Chain is preferred.
- Experience: 1 to 3 years of field sales experience, preferably in the logistics, freight forwarding, courier, or EXIM industry.
- Mandatory Assets: Own a two-wheeler, a valid driving license, and a smartphone.
- Skills: Strong negotiation, excellent communication in local languages, and a result-oriented mindset.
- Knowledge: Basic understanding of transport routes, local industrial clusters, and logistics terms is a strong advantage.
