We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Ground Operations Executive to manage day-to-day vehicle handovers and fleet operations for our self-drive car rental business.
Key Responsibilities
- Hand over vehicles to customers at the time of pickup.
- Conduct vehicle inspections before and after every rental.
- Create detailed vehicle condition videos and photographs.
- Verify fuel levels and record vehicle mileage.
- Verify customer identity documents and rental agreements.
- Capture customer photographs and videos as per company policies.
- Ensure all required documents are properly collected and maintained.
- Coordinate vehicle washing, cleaning, and detailing.
- Take vehicles for routine servicing, repairs, maintenance, and inspections.
- Monitor vehicle condition and report damages or issues immediately.
- Assist customers during vehicle pickup and return processes.
- Maintain accurate records of vehicle movements and operational activities.
- Coordinate with management to ensure fleet readiness and availability.

Pay: ₹7,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
