Staff Nurse (GNM / B.Sc Nursing) – Roles & Responsibilities
We are looking for a compassionate and dedicated Staff Nurse (GNM/B.Sc Nursing) to provide quality patient care and support the healthcare team.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Assess patients and monitor their health condition.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by doctors.
- Monitor and record vital signs (temperature, pulse, blood pressure, respiration).
- Maintain accurate nursing records and patient documentation.
- Assist doctors during medical procedures and emergencies.
- Educate patients and their families regarding treatment, medications, and discharge care.
- Maintain infection control and patient safety standards.
- Coordinate with doctors, laboratory, pharmacy, and other healthcare departments.
- Ensure proper use of medical equipment and hospital resources.
- Respond promptly to patient needs and emergencies.
- Follow hospital policies, protocols, and ethical nursing practices.
- Maintain confidentiality of patient information.
- Participate in quality improvement and continuous learning programs.
- Work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary healthcare team.
Qualification:
- GNM or B.Sc Nursing
- Valid Nursing Council Registration
- Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
