Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and creative Branding Manager to lead our brand communication and creative operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and monitoring all branding initiatives while managing the creative team, including Graphic Designers, Video Editors, and Video Jockeys (VJs). The role requires strong leadership, strategic thinking, and project management skills to ensure consistent brand identity across all marketing platforms.
Key ResponsibilitiesBrand Management
- Develop and implement branding strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Ensure brand consistency across all digital and offline marketing channels.
- Plan and execute branding campaigns, product launches, and promotional activities.
- Monitor market trends and competitor branding strategies.
Team Management
- Lead and manage the creative team consisting of:
- Graphic Designers
- Video Editors
- Video Jockeys (VJs)
- Allocate tasks and monitor project timelines.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback.
- Mentor team members to enhance creativity and productivity.
Creative Content Management
- Review and approve creative designs, videos, reels, advertisements, and promotional materials.
- Coordinate with internal departments for branding requirements.
- Ensure all creative outputs adhere to brand guidelines.
- Oversee photo shoots, video shoots, and promotional campaigns.
Digital Branding
- Collaborate with the digital marketing team for social media campaigns.
- Optimize creative content for platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other digital channels.
- Analyze campaign performance and recommend improvements.
Vendor & Project Coordination
- Coordinate with external agencies, printers, photographers, influencers, and production vendors.
- Manage branding budgets and project schedules.
- Ensure timely delivery of all branding materials.
Required Skills
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Creative thinking with a strong understanding of branding principles.
- Knowledge of social media marketing and digital branding.
- Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects) and CorelDRAW.
- Project planning and time management skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in corporate branding or FMCG/manufacturing branding.
- Knowledge of photography and videography concepts.
- Understanding of AI-powered creative tools and content generation.
- Experience in campaign planning and execution.
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
