Job Summary:
The CRM Executive/Manager is responsible for managing and optimizing customer relationships through the company’s CRM systems and strategies. The role involves analyzing customer data, improving engagement, executing targeted marketing campaigns, and ensuring a seamless customer experience to enhance loyalty and retention.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage the organization’s CRM strategy to support customer acquisition, retention, and engagement goals.
- Maintain and update customer data in the CRM system, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Analyze customer behavior and segmentation data to create targeted marketing and communication campaigns.
- Collaborate with marketing, sales, and customer service teams to ensure consistent and personalized customer interactions.
- Monitor CRM campaign performance and prepare reports on KPIs (e.g., customer retention rate, engagement rate, conversion rate).
- Identify opportunities to automate processes and improve customer lifecycle management.
- Work closely with the IT team to troubleshoot and optimize CRM software performance.
- Conduct customer feedback surveys and translate insights into actionable improvements.
- Ensure compliance with data protection and privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR).
- Train staff on CRM tools and best practices.
