About the Role
We are seeking an enthusiastic, experienced, and highly engaging Online Trainer to teach Digital Skills and Beginner Programming to students aged 7–17 years in the UK.
The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, strong technical knowledge, and the ability to make learning fun, interactive, and age-appropriate. The trainer will conduct live online classes, mentor students, evaluate assignments, and inspire young learners to develop digital and coding skills.
Key ResponsibilitiesTeaching & Training
- Conduct live online classes for students aged 7–17 years.
- Deliver lessons in a fun, interactive, and engaging manner.
- Simplify technical concepts for young learners.
- Adapt teaching methodology according to different age groups.
- Ensure active participation during classes.
Curriculum Delivery
- Deliver course content as per the approved curriculum.
- Demonstrate practical exercises and coding examples.
- Conduct coding workshops and project sessions.
- Introduce real-world applications of technology.
Student Engagement
- Encourage creativity and problem-solving.
- Conduct quizzes, coding challenges, and interactive activities.
- Maintain positive classroom discipline.
- Motivate students to complete projects and assignments.
Assessment & Evaluation
- Review weekly assignments.
- Assess coding projects and presentations.
- Provide constructive feedback to students.
- Track student progress and learning outcomes.
Parent Communication
- Share student progress reports when required.
- Address parent queries professionally.
- Participate in parent feedback sessions.
Administration
- Maintain attendance records.
- Prepare class reports.
- Submit weekly training updates.
Experience Requirements Mandatory
- Minimum 2–3 years of teaching/training experience.
- Experience teaching coding or digital skills.
- Experience handling online classes.
- Experience with UK, US, or international students.
Preferred
- Experience teaching children aged 7–17 years.
- Coding bootcamp or STEM training experience.
- EdTech industry experience.
Pay: From ₹50,000.00 per month
