The role of an Optometrist at Specsmakers is different from competing brands and is not limited to only eye check-ups but also includes sales as a critical deliverable. He/she plays a key role in delivering technical expertise through eye-checks, dispensing, and diagnosis as well as selling products, executing stocktakes and SOPs to deliver an exceptional customer experience. RESPONSIBILITIES: Perform accurate eye check-ups and vision correction. To consult customers on choosing the right pair of eyeglasses To assist customers in providing the right pair of frames and lenses. To assist customers in selecting and wearing contact lenses. To perform sales and have the ability to achieve targets at the store. To handle customer complaints and solve the issues with their vision problem. To manage the SOP at the stores and to be a part of the store operations.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
