Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and result-oriented Senior HR Recruiter to join our HR team at our Dombivli office. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in end-to-end recruitment, stakeholder management, and strategic talent acquisition across multiple functions. The candidate should be capable of handling bulk as well as niche hiring while mentoring junior recruiters and ensuring timely closures.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, salary negotiation, offer rollout, and onboarding.
- Understand hiring requirements by coordinating with department heads and hiring managers to develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Source candidates through various channels, including Naukri, LinkedIn, Shine, Indeed, referrals, social media, and professional networking.
- Draft and publish job descriptions across multiple recruitment platforms.
- Conduct initial interviews and evaluate candidates based on technical skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and ensure timely feedback and closures.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring requirements.
- Track recruitment metrics such as TAT, source effectiveness, offer acceptance ratio, and closure reports.
- Maintain candidate databases, recruitment MIS, and HR trackers with accuracy.
- Handle salary negotiations, offer management, and pre-joining engagement to improve joining ratios.
- Ensure a seamless onboarding experience for new employees.
- Mentor and guide junior recruiters to improve team performance and hiring efficiency.
- Stay updated with recruitment trends, sourcing techniques, and employer branding initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3–6 years of proven experience in end-to-end recruitment or talent acquisition.
- Strong expertise in sourcing through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, and employee referrals.
- Experience in hiring across multiple functions and senior-level positions.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong stakeholder management and coordination abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, recruitment trackers, and HR MIS.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple positions simultaneously.
- Immediate joiners will be preferred.
