We are looking for a Business Development Executive who can identify new business opportunities, generate leads, and drive sales for ERP, CRM, mobile applications, and custom software development projects.
The ideal candidate should have experience in IT service sales, client communication, proposal preparation, and converting prospects into long-term customers.
Responsibilities
- Generate leads through LinkedIn, Upwork, email campaigns, referrals, and other channels.
- Identify opportunities for ERP, CRM, mobile app, web application, and custom software development projects.
- Understand client business requirements and propose suitable solutions.
- Schedule and conduct discovery calls with prospects.
- Prepare proposals, presentations, quotations, and project estimates.
- Coordinate with technical teams to define project scope and solutions.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to project closure.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
- Follow up with prospects and maintain CRM records.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Required Skills
- 1+ years of experience in IT sales, software sales, or business development.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Experience with LinkedIn outreach, Upwork bidding, or other lead generation platforms.
- Understanding of ERP, CRM, SaaS, mobile apps, or custom software development.
- Ability to understand business processes and client requirements.
- Self-motivated and target-oriented mindset.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience selling ERP solutions such as ERPNext or custom business applications.
- Experience working with international clients.
- Knowledge of proposal writing and project estimation.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and sales pipelines.
