Arrow Diagnostics LLP is looking for a compassionate and dedicated Staff Nurse to join our team of healthcare professionals. The Staff Nurse will be instrumental in navigating patient care in our organization by providing high-quality nursing services , healthcare regulations, and in adherence to the highest standards of the nursing profession.
Responsibilities:

Conduct initial patient assessments, monitor vital signs, and update patient records through our electronic health record system.

Administer medication and treatments as prescribed by the patient's physician.

Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient care. This includes communicating patient conditions to doctors and other medical professionals, participating in collaborative meetings, and utilizing extended skills where necessary.

Ensure all medical equipment used for patient care is maintained and sanitized to the highest healthcare standards and protocols.

Develop and implement patient care plans in order to address patient healthcare needs and goals.

Respond to any medical emergency situations, applying lifesaving procedures when required.
Qualifications:

State Registered Nurse (RN) license is required.

A minimum of 0 to 2 years clinical experience in a hospital or clinical setting.

Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) and diploma (DMLT) will be preferred.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

A strong understanding of patient care, nursing procedures, medical protocols, and hospital environment.

Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
