Role Overview
We are looking for a driven and relationship-oriented Team Lead – Exhibitor Sales to lead exhibitor acquisition and revenue growth for the Garden of Eden Exhibition. The ideal candidate should have the ability to build long-term relationships with brands, identify new business opportunities, mentor and manage a sales team, and consistently drive stall bookings across exhibitions.
This is a leadership role with significant growth potential as the exhibition expands into new cities.
Key Responsibilities:
Exhibitor Acquisition & Revenue Generation
- Identify, approach, and convert brands into exhibitors
- Generate leads through online and offline channels
- Build and maintain strong relationships with exhibitors and industry stakeholders
- Develop repeat business from existing exhibitors
- Meet and exceed exhibition sales targets
- Close bookings
Relationship Management
- Act as the primary point of contact for key exhibitors
- Build long-term partnerships with brands across fashion, lifestyle, jewellery, accessories, home décor, beauty, and related categories
- Understand exhibitor needs and provide suitable exhibition solutions
- Ensure a high level of exhibitor satisfaction and retention
Team Leadership & Development
- Recruit, train, and mentor sales executives
- Establish sales processes, targets, and performance metrics
- Monitor daily sales activities and ensure timely follow-ups
- Conduct regular review meetings with the sales team
- Motivate the team to achieve and exceed targets
- Create a culture of accountability, ownership, and performance
Sales Operations & Reporting
- Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and conversions
- Develop and improve sales scripts, pitch decks, and sales processes
- Track team performance and provide regular reports to management
- Identify new market segments and expansion opportunities
Business Development
- Explore opportunities to expand exhibitor participation from new cities and categories
- Build strategic partnerships that contribute to exhibition growth
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and market opportunities
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
