Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and organized HR Executive to manage recruitment, employee engagement, attendance, payroll coordination, onboarding, and HR administration. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end recruitment for Field Investigators, Supervisors, and Office Staff.
- Source candidates through Indeed, Naukri, LinkedIn, and other job portals.
- Schedule interviews and coordinate with department heads.
- Conduct employee onboarding and maintain personnel records.
- Manage attendance, leave records, and employee documentation.
- Coordinate payroll inputs and employee benefits.
- Prepare offer letters, appointment letters, and HR-related documents.
- Maintain employee database and HR MIS reports.
- Organize employee engagement and training activities.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and labor regulations.
- Support performance appraisal and employee retention initiatives.
Required Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 1–3 years of HR experience preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and Google Workspace.
- Experience with recruitment portals such as Indeed and Naukri is preferred.
- Ability to multitask and maintain confidentiality.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in recruitment for market research, BPO, or field operations.
- Knowledge of payroll processing and HR documentation.
- Familiarity with HR software or HRMS is an added advantage.
