Job Summary
The Executive Assistant to the Managing Director provides high-level administrative, operational, and strategic support to ensure the efficient functioning of the MD's office. The role requires exceptional organizational skills, confidentiality, strong communication abilities, and the capability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Key ResponsibilitiesExecutive Support
- Manage the MD's calendar, appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
- Prioritize and coordinate daily schedules to maximize productivity.
- Screen calls, emails, and correspondence, ensuring timely responses and follow-ups.
- Prepare agendas, presentations, reports, meeting minutes, and other business documents.
- Maintain confidential files and sensitive information with the highest level of discretion.
Coordination & Communication
- Act as the primary point of contact between the MD and internal/external stakeholders.
- Coordinate with department heads to track key projects and action items.
- Follow up on decisions, deadlines, and commitments made by the MD.
- Draft professional correspondence, presentations, and reports.
Meeting & Event Management
- Organize board meetings, management reviews, and executive meetings.
- Prepare meeting materials, presentations, and minutes.
- Track action points and ensure timely closure.
Travel & Logistics
- Arrange domestic and international travel, including flights, accommodation, visas, and itineraries.
- Manage travel expense reports and reimbursements.
Office Administration
- Maintain records, documents, contracts, and official correspondence.
- Assist in budget tracking, procurement, and vendor coordination for the MD's office.
- Ensure smooth day-to-day administrative operations.
Project Support
- Assist the MD in monitoring strategic initiatives and special projects.
- Prepare dashboards, MIS reports, and status updates.
- Coordinate cross-functional activities to ensure timely project execution.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Commerce, or a related field. An MBA is preferred.
- 5–10 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or similar executive support role.

Compensation - 30000 Per month
