About the Role
Aditya Digital Solutions is looking for an enthusiastic and self-motivated Email Marketing & Sales Executive to help expand our client base. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads through email campaigns, following up with prospects via phone calls, understanding client requirements, and presenting our website development, SEO, and digital marketing services.
Whether you're a fresher with excellent communication skills or have up to 3 years of experience in sales or digital marketing, we'd love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute outbound email marketing campaigns.
- Generate qualified leads through email outreach and follow-up.
- Contact prospective clients via phone and explain our services.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable digital solutions.
- Promote Website Development, E-Commerce, SEO, Google Ads, Social Media Marketing, and Branding services.
- Schedule online meetings and product demonstrations for the sales team.
- Maintain and update customer information in the CRM.
- Follow up with leads until closure.
- Coordinate with the marketing and technical teams for client proposals.
- Meet monthly lead generation and sales targets.
Required Skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Basic knowledge of email marketing and lead generation.
- Good telephone etiquette and customer handling skills.
- Confidence in explaining products and services.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Google Workspace).
- Ability to learn quickly and work independently.
- Positive attitude with a willingness to achieve sales targets.
Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of SEO, Website Development, or Digital Marketing.
- Experience with email marketing tools or CRM software.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn, Google Workspace, or Microsoft Office.
- Basic understanding of B2B sales and customer relationship management.
Eligibility
- Graduate in any discipline (MBA/Marketing is an added advantage).
- Experience: 0–3 Years.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills are encouraged to apply.
