This internship offers hands-on experience in managing website development, software applications, SaaS products, and mobile app projects, while working closely with clients and technical teams.

Project Coordination
- Coordinate website, software, SaaS, and mobile application projects.
- Track project progress and follow up with developers, designers, and testers.
- Assist in project planning, scheduling, and task allocation.
- Ensure timely completion of assigned project milestones.
Client Communication
- Coordinate with clients to gather project requirements.
- Schedule meetings and prepare meeting notes (MoM).
- Provide regular project updates to clients.
- Handle basic client queries and coordinate with internal teams.
Testing & Quality Assurance
- Test websites, software, and mobile applications before delivery.
- Identify bugs and prepare bug reports.
- Coordinate with developers to resolve issues.
- Verify fixes before final deployment.
Documentation
- Prepare project documentation.
- Create requirement documents.
- Maintain project trackers.
- Update task reports.
- Maintain client communication records.
Product Management
- Assist in managing SaaS products.
- Coordinate feature requests.
- Document customer feedback.
- Support product improvement activities.
Team Coordination
- Work closely with developers, designers, QA engineers, and management.
- Ensure smooth communication among all stakeholders.
- Assist in daily project review meetings.
Skills Required
- Excellent communication skills (written & verbal)
- Good analytical and problem-solving ability
- Strong organizational skills
- Basic understanding of websites and software applications
- Good knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and Google Workspace
- Quick learner with a positive attitude
