About the Role
We are looking for an enthusiastic and target-oriented Admission Counselor to join our growing team. The candidate will be responsible for guiding students and working professionals in selecting the right UG/PG online degree programs according to their academic and career goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Counsel students regarding UG/PG online degree programs.
- Understand students’ academic and career requirements.
- Provide accurate information about courses, universities, eligibility, fees, and admission procedures.
- Follow up with prospective students and convert leads into successful admissions.
- Maintain regular communication with students throughout the admission process.
- Achieve individual and team admission targets.
- Maintain proper records and update CRM/data regularly.
- Build strong relationships with students and provide excellent counseling support.
Requirements
- Minimum 6 months of experience in UG/PG Online Degree Counseling preferred.
- Freshers are also welcome to apply.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong convincing and counseling abilities.
- Good knowledge of online education programs will be an advantage.
- Target-oriented with a positive and energetic approach.
- Ability to work effectively in a team.
