JB Home store Pvt. Ltd. is a leading provider of luxury home improvement solutions, specializing in premium bath fittings, tiles, and modular kitchens for High Net Worth Individuals (HNIs). We are seeking a creative and experienced Social Media Manager to join our team and lead the development and execution of our social media strategy.
Role Objective:
To shoot and edit high-quality reels, product videos, store videos, promotional videos, and short-form social media content for JB Home Store. The candidate should have a strong visual sense, editing speed, color grading knowledge, and practical working knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, and basic Adobe After Effects.
Key Responsibilities
Shoot videos for reels, product showcases, store content, campaigns, and promotional requirements.
Edit reels, shorts, social media videos, product videos, and brand videos.
Create engaging video content for Instagram Reels, Facebook, YouTube Shorts, and digital ads.
Add cuts, transitions, subtitles, music, effects, text, and brand elements.
Perform color correction and color grading to maintain a clean and premium visual style.
Convert raw footage into polished, professional, and engaging final videos.
Work closely with the social media manager and internal team for content requirements and deadlines.
Follow the content calendar and deliver videos on time.
Stay updated with trending reel formats, sounds, editing styles, transitions, and video trends.
Maintain correct video formats, aspect ratios, quality standards, and brand consistency.
Organize raw footage, project files, and final edited videos properly
Required Skills
Minimum 1-2 year of experience in video editing.
Experience in shooting videos for reels, product content, and social media content.
Strong knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro.
Strong knowledge of DaVinci Resolve, especially for color grading. Basic knowledge of Adobe After Effects.
Good understanding of reels, shorts, social media video formats, and aspect ratios.
Ability to edit videos with proper cuts, transitions, subtitles, music sync, effects, and pacing.
Basic audio correction, color correction, lighting, framing, and camera/mobile shooting knowledge.
Good visual sense, creativity, attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlines

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
