Mega Lifesciences is looking for a Training Manager to work closely with the General Manager – Training & Development in an innovative and fast-paced environment designed to empower our field force and embed wellness-first values across Mega markets.
As a Training Manager, your key tasks include:
- Developing medical and product-specific content using adult learning principles, AI-enabled tools, and advanced methodologies, while continuously updating materials to maintain Mega Academy’s quality standards.
- Driving wellness certifications and initiatives that embed a wellness-first mindset and culture throughout Mega.
- Managing digital learning solutions, including content translation, upload, assignment, and integration of e-learning and AI tools on the LMS; ensuring adoption and scaling learning across markets to achieve measurable behavioral change and business impact.
- Monitoring and analyzing learning progress through LMS reports, leveraging insights to refine content and improve adoption and effectiveness.
- Delivering engaging classroom, On-the-Job Training (OJT), and virtual sessions, drawing from strong frontline sales experience, and staying ahead of industry trends to incorporate innovative learning technologies and marketing practices into Mega’s framework.

- Graduate degree in Pharmacy (B.Pharm) along with a postgraduate qualification in Management (MBA preferred).
- Certifications in LMS Management, Instructional Design, or Wellness will be an added advantage.
- Minimum 5 years in pharma industry training, with prior frontline sales experience mandatory. Current role as Field Training Manager or similar will be an advantage.
- Strong grasp of adult learning principles, scientific training design, and digital learning technologies.
