Job Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and dynamic Training & Placement (T&P) Coordinator to manage student placements, build strong industry connections, and support students in achieving their career goals. The ideal candidate will play a key role in enhancing employability and ensuring successful campus recruitment drives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Liaise with industries and organizations to build strong recruitment partnerships
- Identify and organize training programs based on student needs
- Plan and coordinate campus recruitment drives and interviews
- Prepare and manage the annual Training & Placement budget
- Provide career counseling through individual and group sessions
- Guide students in developing effective job search strategies
- Develop promotional materials (presentations, brochures, AV content) for employers
- Maintain and update a comprehensive database of student profiles
- Execute placement campaigns to maximize student opportunities
- Support employers in achieving their hiring objectives
- Conduct activities that enhance career planning and decision-making skills
- Act as a bridge between students, alumni, and employers
- Organize skill development programs aligned with industry expectations
- Create awareness about various career opportunities
- Assist companies during recruitment processes
- Support students in securing placements in reputed organizations
- Track job opportunities and relevant placement advertisements
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in any discipline (MBA/HR preferred)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in placement coordination, HR, or training (preferred)
- Ability to build and maintain industry relationships
- Good organizational and time management skills
- Proficiency in MS Office and presentation tools
Experience:

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
