Sales Executive / Marketing Executive – Real Estate
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Executive / Marketing Executive to join our growing real estate team in Nagpur. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a customer-focused approach, and a passion for sales and marketing. The role involves generating leads, assisting clients with property requirements, conducting site visits, and contributing to business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate and qualify leads through various online and offline marketing channels.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable residential or commercial properties.
- Schedule and conduct property site visits with prospective clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, channel partners, and property owners.
- Follow up with leads and maintain regular communication until deal closure.
- Achieve monthly sales and business development targets.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth customer experience.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, customer interactions, and sales activities in CRM or company systems.
- Participate in promotional campaigns, exhibitions, and marketing events.
- Stay updated with local real estate market trends, pricing, and new project launches.

Eligibility
- Graduate or equivalent qualification preferred.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome to apply.
