We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager (BDM) to drive growth by identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and achieving revenue targets. The ideal candidate should have strong communication, negotiation skills, and a proactive approach to sales.
Key ResponsibilitiesBusiness Development
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through market research, networking, and lead generation
- Generate leads via calls, emails, meetings, and industry events
- Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline
Client Relationship Management
- Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients and key stakeholders
- Understand client requirements and propose suitable solutions
- Ensure high customer satisfaction and retention
Sales & Revenue Growth
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
- Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and commercial offers
- Negotiate contracts and close deals efficiently
Market Research
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs
- Identify new markets and growth opportunities
Collaboration & Reporting
- Coordinate with internal teams (technical, operations, support) for project execution
- Maintain CRM records and provide regular sales reports and forecasts
Requirements & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- Minimum 1+ year of experience in business development / sales
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets
- Willingness to travel within assigned location/region
