Sales Advisor
Job Summary
The ideal candidate will assist customers in finding the right products or services, provide excellent customer service, achieve sales targets, and contribute to the overall success of the business.
Key Responsibilities
· Welcome and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
· Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products or services.
· Meet or exceed individual and team sales targets.
· Demonstrate product features and benefits to customers.
· Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns professionally.
· Maintain product displays and ensure the sales floor is clean and organized.
· Process sales transactions accurately using the billing/POS system.
· Stay up to date with product knowledge, promotions, and company policies.
· Build and maintain positive relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.
· Coordinate with team members to ensure smooth store operations.
