Role Overview
We are looking for a proactive and experienced Senior HR Executive with strong expertise in end-to-end recruitment, talent acquisition, employee engagement, HR operations, and employee relations.
The ideal candidate should be capable of independently managing recruitment, partnering with department heads, building talent pipelines, handling HR processes, and supporting a positive workplace culture.
Key Responsibilities1. End-to-End Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
- Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from manpower requisition to joining.
- Work closely with Business Heads, Creative Heads, Production Heads, and Department Managers to understand hiring requirements.
- Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, referrals, social media, databases, and networking.
- Conduct candidate screening, HR interviews, competency assessments, and interview coordination.
- Handle recruitment for Creative, Production, Post-Production, Video Editing, VFX, Content, Design, Marketing, Sales, Finance, and Corporate roles.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future requirements.
- Manage salary negotiations, offer rollout, documentation, background verification, and joining formalities.
- Maintain regular candidate follow-ups to minimize offer and joining dropouts.
- Ensure positions are closed within agreed TAT and hiring timelines.
2. Media & Creative Recruitment
- Strong understanding of Media & Entertainment and Creative Industry hiring.
- Recruit talent across Creative, Content, Production, Post-Production, Video, VFX, Design, Digital, and Technical functions.
- Evaluate portfolios, showreels, technical skills, and role-specific capabilities.
- Develop and maintain a network of media professionals, freelancers, and creative talent.
- Maintain a ready talent pool for urgent and specialized hiring requirements.
3. HR Operations
- Manage the employee lifecycle from onboarding to exit.
- Handle induction, documentation, employee records, attendance, leave, HR letters, and employee queries.
- Coordinate with Payroll/Finance for salary inputs, attendance, deductions, new joiners, and exits.
- Maintain HR trackers, employee databases, HRMS, and HR MIS.
- Coordinate confirmation, promotions, transfers, role changes, and exit processes.
4. Employee Relations & Engagement
- Act as a key HR point of contact for employees and management.
- Handle employee concerns, grievances, and workplace issues professionally.
- Conduct employee interactions and drive engagement initiatives.
- Support employee retention and reduction of avoidable attrition.
- Conduct exit interviews and identify key attrition trends.
5. Performance Management
- Coordinate PMS, goal setting, performance reviews, appraisals, and documentation.
- Track probation and confirmation reviews.
- Coordinate with department heads to identify training and development needs.
6. Payroll & Statutory Compliance
- Coordinate monthly payroll inputs with Finance/Payroll.
- Verify attendance, leave, new joiner, resignation, and salary-related data.
- Maintain working knowledge of PF, ESI, Professional Tax, Gratuity, and applicable labour laws.
- Support statutory compliance and HR audits.
7. HR MIS & Analytics
- Prepare weekly and monthly HR MIS reports.
- Track headcount, recruitment, attrition, absenteeism, and employee movements.
- Monitor key recruitment metrics such as Time to Hire, Time to Fill, Offer-to-Joining Ratio, Source Effectiveness, Recruitment TAT, and Attrition Rate.
- Provide HR insights and recruitment updates to management.
8. HR Policies & Process Improvement
- Implement and maintain HR policies and procedures.
- Ensure consistent implementation of HR processes and practices.
- Identify process gaps and recommend improvements and standardization.
- Improve processes related to recruitment, onboarding, engagement, performance, and employee exits.
Required Skills & Competencies
- Strong End-to-End Recruitment & Talent Acquisition experience
- Experience in Media / Entertainment / Creative Industry recruitment
- Strong knowledge of Creative, Production, and Technical hiring
- Excellent sourcing, interviewing, and candidate assessment skills
- Strong stakeholder management and salary negotiation skills
- Hands-on experience in HR Operations and Employee Relations
- Knowledge of Payroll, Statutory Compliance, PMS, and Employee Engagement
- Strong HR MIS, Excel / Google Sheets, and HRMS skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong ownership, follow-up, decision-making, and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to manage multiple positions and HR activities simultaneously
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
