Key Responsibilities
- Financial Reporting: Prepare monthly, quarterly, and yearly financial MIS reports, profit-loss statements, and cash flow summaries.
- Data Reconciliation: Match bank statements, ledger accounts, and vendor or customer invoices to find and fix errors.
- Budget and Variance Analysis: Compare actual business spending against budgeted targets and explain differences.
- Data Collection: Pull financial numbers from accounting tools like Tally, SAP, or ERP systems.
- Dashboard Management: Build and update interactive financial dashboards for senior managers.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (B.Com), Accounting, Finance, MBA in Finance.
- Experience: 1 to 4 years of working experience in accounting, finance, or MIS reporting roles.
- Excel Skills: Advanced Microsoft Excel knowledge including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, macros, and formulas.
- Software Knowledge: Proficiency in accounting software like Tally, SAP, Oracle, or Zoho, plus business intelligence tools like Power BI.
- Attention to Detail: High accuracy level when handling numbers and tight deadline management
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
