Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and result-oriented Senior Business Development Manager to drive business growth, generate new opportunities, and build strong client relationships within the Construction and Real Estate sector.
The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in business development, client acquisition, project sales, and strategic partnerships within the same industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the Construction and Real Estate sector.
- Generate leads and convert prospects into long-term clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with developers, architects, consultants, contractors, and corporate clients.
- Prepare and deliver business proposals, presentations, and commercial negotiations.
- Develop strategies to achieve revenue and business growth targets.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify emerging opportunities.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution and client satisfaction.
- Participate in networking events, industry conferences, and client meetings.
- Maintain accurate sales forecasts and business development reports.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals in alignment with company objectives.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
- MBA in Marketing or Business Development is preferred.
- Minimum 6+ years of experience in Business Development within the Construction, Interior Fit-Out, Architecture, Engineering, or Real Estate industry.
- Strong network within the construction and real estate ecosystem.

Compensation
Salary will be commensurate with experience and industry standards.
Pay: ₹402,980.81 - ₹1,317,361.64 per year
